An ocean-themed wedding ceremony planned, organized and decorated by the team of Precious Moments Wedding Services was held on a cruise with a well-appointed interior while cruising past the equally spectacular backdrop of architecture and nature.
With the ocean theme in mind, the reception was decorated with seasonal Blue Hydrangea, White Roses, White Cala Lily, Agaphantus and Dendrobium. To bring the ocean dream to life, guest tables’ centerpieces were cleverly decorated by using fish nets as table runners along with seashells, coral stones and candles. It is no doubt that guests who have stepped into the adorned interior of the cruise were immediately transported into the wondrous world of the sea.
Every decorative element and items were carefully considered and put together to create a submerging experience for the couple and their guests. Brilliant touches added to the ambience were glass trays that hold sand, lit candles with bright Purple Orchids to mimic the glittering sunlight reflections of the true sea water. The same soft, blue light coming from the matte crystal candle holders also illuminate the menu, revealing an equally delightful meal of fish and shellfish to look forward to.
The ocean-themed wedding cake, covered in pastel blue fondant and completed with soft, undulating waves, perfectly coloured and hand-painted by the skillful pastry chef. Mini replicas of the wedding cake were presented to every guests as memorable wedding favours, along with a heartfelt thank-you notes hand written by the couple.
In return, guests could write their wishes on cards provided and place them in giant “shells” made with satin and pearl trimmings. Indeed, a one-of-a-kind wedding book.

This wedding has and always will be one of the most memorable receptions we have organized. We had great fun preparing, organizing and decorating the cruise. We made sure to keep everything elegant and simple yet adhering to the theme. We made it our mission to ensure guests coming onto the cruise will forget about their reality for that few hours and just celebrate in this ocean wonder with the bride and groom.
