Opulent, lush and personalized. With each detail being planned to the t, Dato Lucas and Datin Nana’s lavish wedding held at the St. Regis Kuala Lumpur on the 5th of May, 2019 was an evening of fanfare and finery.

The couple wanted the night to be special and memorable. Starting from each detail of the table settings to the decorations of the hall of St Regis’ Astor Room, we made sure every element exudes elegance and sophistication that echo to the love of the couple shares.

With the color white in mind to symbolize the purity and sacrecy of a marriage, we have chosen white phalanopsis and white hydrangeas as the stars of our floral arrangement. Along the side are two tones of pink roses and cream eustoma that added a slash of dreaminess to the combination. Starring a classic yet ever-so-astonishing overflow centre piece at the main table and a minimalistic hand bouquet with added white tulips in the bride’s hands, we are glad that the overall floral arrangement tastefully reflected the “Lavish Elegance” theme.

The table settings, on the other hand, showcased timelessly graceful sets of decorations comprised of crystal tea-lit holders, pink and scented candles and individual silver charger plates for each guest. The warm, flickering candles in their crystal holders could also be seen gracing the tall floral stands along the aisle that complements the couple as they paraded into the garlanded hall.

Datin Nana: “I believe the wedding should reflect the joined personality of a couple as well as how they feel towards each other. We want to show just how extra special we are to each other through the lavish arrangements while maintaining a clean and minimalistic outlook to symbolize our respect for the sanctity of marriage. We are glad to have Evan and her team with us, fully comprehending our thoughts throughout the organization of the wedding.”

Afterthoughts from the Precious Moments team:
It was a luxurious experience working with Dato Lucas and Datin Nana, not because of the chosen wedding theme but the couple’s clear and unwavering view towards the concept of marriage as well as the generosity they have exhibited in wanting to give their families and guests an unforgettable experience. While organizing, planning and preparing for the wedding, it wasn’t hard to feel the love they have for each other and for the people they have chosen to celebrate the special day with.
