How Do You Know That Wedding Gown Is The ONE

How Do You Know That Wedding Gown Is The ONE

You’ve set the theme, the venue and of course, imagined every image of the future together with him, how about that special gown for the special day? You must have, one way or another, envisioned how it should look like: white or cream? Full length or knee-length? Silky A-line or Swarovski-studded pom pom? There is no lack of image references on the vast internet but there is, however, only ONE dress destined for you.

Here’s our take on how you can determine if that wedding gown is the ONE for you.

It Speaks Your Style and Personality

However the style you will choose, the gown should best reflect your personality. You should feel confident, represented and certain. If a pants suit is what you wish to have, then go ahead and get it! 20, 30 years down the road, when you look back at your wedding photo album, that dress should still be able to speak to your heart.

You Feel Comfortable In It

Truth be told, getting married is not an easy stint: Long day, packed schedule, organizational stress and making sure every one of your guests is happy. Of course, you also need to make sure you truly enjoy the celebration, eat, dance, be emotional and let loose. This is why it is so important that you feel absolutely comfortable in the dress you have chosen.

It Costs Reasonably Within Your Budget

There is no denying that wedding gowns are expensive. They are, after all the epitome of elegance in tailorship and a showcase of fashion finesse. It usually takes weeks or months for the designer to craft and complete a gown. Having said that, don’t let it intimidate your gown-hunting experience. Communicate with your designer and set your expectation of the price range you would be comfortable with. Finding the perfect dress is not only about feeling beautiful in it, but feeling justified as well.

The Gown Matches Your Accessories

Many of us would have received some jewelry pieces from our parents and future parents-in-law for the big occasion. Or simply, you might have already set your eyes on some unique designs before THAT dress was chosen. Do have a visual in mind that allows a matching combination when you go out looking for the unique dress.

You Get Butterflies In Your Stomach

Lastly and most importantly, the ONE dress should give you that OMG moment when you see yourself in it. While it should fit all the above criteria, but should, above all, be magical and let you feel on top of the world. This dress would let you forget about all the other dresses you have tried on before, making you feel like a queen.

Be the star of your big event, in a gown that celebrates you for who you are, that complement your figure and make you shine under the testimony of love.

As our partner designer says:

Customizing a wedding gown for a bride is an intimate and personal thing to take on, it means getting to know her likes, dislikes, aspirations, dreams and more. There is uniqueness in every gown and the bride’s individuality is preserved.
